Meditation too Good for Analysis and Studies?

There has been a study in Canada on the effects of Meditation of various types on General Health. As a conclusion the researchers found that the general forms of meditation like Yoga, Tai Chi, and Qi Gong do not Heal modern day health problems.

However, researchers found that, meditation increased verbal creativity, while decreasing heart rate, blood pressure and cholesterol! But then doctors also believe that it could be improper studies that might have led people to believe that such practices heal people’s ailments.

But then the doctors also seemed to have thought otherwise. They are in search of better and rigorous studies that study the effects of Meditation in a fool proof way.

Can we say that Meditation, is too good for today’s ‘developed’ understanding?
